Dr Jonathan Weinsaft, a distinguished physician-scientist renowned for his expertise in clinical research and cardiovascular imaging, has been appointed as the Chief of the Greenberg Division of Cardiology at Weill Cornell Medicine and NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center, effective July 1.

Dr Bruce Lerman, the former leader of the Greenberg Division, will continue his impactful contributions to Weill Cornell Medicine as he transitions to lead the Greenberg Institute for Cardiac Electrophysiology. With his expertise in cardiac electrophysiology, Lerman will further his clinical care and research activities, ensuring a seamless continuation of his remarkable work within the institute.
